The location of the hotel was the only positive aspect as it was good for our specific event, but overall, it was a disgusting experience. The rooms were dirty and smoky, with even a smoking room allocated despite our request for a non-smoking one. The service was mediocre and lacked cleanliness. The dining was a dreadful experience with bugs in the food and a musty smell throughout the room. We were thoroughly disappointed especially considering the deposit we had to pay.
